Test tube Help

Hi, Can someone give me a tip for making the bottom of a test tube, I have tried with bevel in the poligons but I don't look good.

I want make a tube like this (see the Attachment) it's a simple tube but I am a nuub kk.

Make a sphere, slice in half, turn into editable poly, shell mod, extrude edge...extrude again to make top.

On the right side modify panel is called Hemisphere...

When I extrude edge it goes to side

Extrude the face...after you put the shell modifier and convert again to editable poly.
