I'm not sure what you mean by "without the need of reproducing", but here's how I would tackle this project...

I would divide the stadium on it's longitude and latitudinal axes so I only had to model a quarter (the corner sweep). Make a primitive shape of the footprint of the stadium and chop out 3/4 of it. Building the outer structure first helps get the form laid out so it can then be filled in with the details (girders, tunnels, seating etc.) As far as placing those girders so they follow the outer support beam, I would model one girder then use a radial array then place them manually using vertex snapping. I would want to use the ability to reproduce an object so as not to model everything independently.

Once I'm happy with the detail that's been set up in the 1/4 model, mirror it on one axis, then mirror on the other axis. Attach, collapse, add more detail, etc...

Just make sure that if you plan to unwrap UVs for texture maps, do it before cloning objects so you don't have to unwrap large scale repetative geometry.

In terms of modelling this stadium, how are these symmetrical edits made without the need of reproducing.

Refrence Images:

Thanks in advance!!
