I dont know how to fix these thing, the best way is not affect the modifier list.

Well, looks like there's way too much in the stack - I see no reason for 4 Edit Poly modifiers for starters, and what is a "SmoothingGroup" modifier? It's not part of standard Max, so the usual response (for this type of issue) of "post the scene" won't help because we won't be able to load it successfully.
I'd save a copy of the scene, then highlight the top-most Edit Poly (as in the image), right-click it > Collapse To. That will convert that Edit Poly and everything below it into a single Editable Poly object. If you then still have the problem you can save the scene, Zip it and attach it to a reply for us to look at.

Thank you for your reply, after doing what you said, the problem still there. Here it is:

This is my scene file

I like the easy ones 😄
Vertex SubObject level of the Editable Poly, almost at the bottom of the Edit Geometry rollout > Unhide All. At some point you managed to Hide some of the Vertices and forgot to UnHide them. Easy done 😉

Although not part of the problem, keeping your Stack as short as possible is a good idea - too many items in the stack can begin to slow Max down as the entire stack has to be re-evaluated every time you do anything to the model. With a lot of objects in the scene this can become a real problem so I'd carry on with the smaller stack version of your scene rather than reverting to the original.
