Hi everyone, I am new to 3DS Max (used to learn Cinema 4D at school). So I made an appartment, and I would like to change its height. Using C4D I used to select the top face and move it up and down to chose the correct height. It doesn't work here 😞

Thanks for your help !

That will be because the upper faces are not welded to the vertical walls. Vertex subobjects, area select the vertices at the top of the walls (and therefore those on the top as well) - use a side or front view, it's easier. Click Weld on the Edit Geometry rollout. Thereafter you should be able to grab those polys and move them up and the walls should resize to follow.

Alternatively you could just move the vertices up once you've selected them, but if you don't deal with correctly welding vertices you'll be giving yourself other problems down the line.
