I can't tell if you already have those edges chamfered or not, but if you do, then remove the chamfer temporarily. Then it appears all you need to do is add a edge loop where I've marked in yellow, then you should have all quads. Finally, chamfer the edges you need at the end.

Hello there,

I have a problem with some edges and worked the whole night trying to fix that 😞 So please be kind 😄

I try to cut out a hard surface (Box) out of a smoothed (Quad Chamfer Mod. - Turbosmooth Mod.) cap. At first I tryed the Boolean functions, but that doesnt work well. Then I've startet to modell the cap of my mesh with quads. The only tries I have are the ones sitting on the worst part of my modell 😄 But otherwise I need to keep them in a perfect circle so I think that I cant join them somewhere else.

Do you guys have an idea how to fix that?

- The screenshot below is a snapshot out of blender 'cause I wanted to see how blender reacts in this situation. The mesh is actualy modelled in 3dsmax.

Yours sincerely

Adrian
