    <description>&lt;P&gt;For this I would likely use the shell modifier. You'll probably get better results.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you must use extrude,&amp;nbsp;It appears in your image that you're using "Local Normal" but I'd just confirm it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi so i've been using max for a fair while now but during on of my prjects i've encountered a problem to do with extruding, normal for a&amp;nbsp;cylinder i can extrude outwards on easy face but for some reason i cant on this one object&lt;/P&gt;</description>
