I have a terrain in my scene that is doing something weird with its XYZ dimensions. Typically, for a similar terrain, to make it planar, I would hit make planar on the Z axis. When I do that, it makes it planar on what is actually the Y axis. If I make it planar on the Y axis, it makes it planar on the Z axis. The world coordinates are working normal, it's just this one object. I am trying to do a ForestPack forest on this plane, so it is trying to put stuff related to the Z axis (Up), but since it thinks the Z axis is turned, it is placing everything on the world Y axis.

In the object properties, it is clear that the Y axis and Z axis are flipped, based on their dimensions. Is there a way to reset the XYZ coordinates for an object to correlated to the rest of the scene?

The best way to fix something like this is to create a box primitive. Assign to it the material on your terrain. Convert the box to an editable poly (or mesh) and in sub-object Element select the box and delete it. You now have an object with no geometry. Hit the Attach button and select your terrain.

I've had some weird geometry that did things it shouldn't and this method essentially resets things.

Perfect. That fixed it. Thanks!
