if I make the long name of the model
or texture, and export it to 3DS writes an error with the name and truncates the name.
How to disable this limit?

Hi. You can't disable this limit. Keep the names short or use another format, like for example fbx.

FBX(Filmbox) import custom scene.

Only 3ds job normal.

3dsMax5 was released somewhere around 2003 and the 3ds format is even older. So this is not a limited version, but a full but outdated version.

Latest version is called 3dsMax2017...
