    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Natasha,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is really an animation question so if you repost this question to the animation forum you may get more answers.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But regardless, editing the envelopes may not be the answer to your problem. You likely need to adjust the vertex weights per bone. This video generally covers the central idea behind it. I strongly recommend you use the "Weight tool" (the button with the wrench on it). To get started.       <title>Envelopes editing problem</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, everyone. &amp;nbsp;I am new to 3ds max and doing my first project on applying skin modifier to character. &amp;nbsp;I am stuck on editing envelopes. Doesn't matter how and where i drag envelope vertices or how much I will scale - &amp;nbsp;that red colour is not moving away. &amp;nbsp;Any help is very much appreciated. Thank you.
