Transform settings too sensitive

When trying to transform my object, the settings have suddenly become really twitchy. If I move the mouse 1mm, the vertex jumps halfway across the screen. It didn't used to be this twitchy. I can't get anything done and I don't know if I've accidentally toggled a setting or how to reset things to default. I'm sure there's a simple solution but I'm at my wits end. It can't be the driver or the mouse because those things haven't changed. Please help!

I noticed on the screenshots that you work in meter-scale. Switch that to Centimeter or even Millimeter in the Units Setup. This might solve your problem.

Hello @Anonymous;

Can you please check:

Customize > Preferences > Gizmos > Move / Rotate Transforms (at the bottom of the dialogue box)

If your option is set to Projection, this happens. If so, set it to Intersection with a lower amount of value (default is 200).

I find sometimes this can be a bug, but maybe also check your scene scale or reset max
