How do I connect two vertices?

I want to connect two edges/vertices together but I can't find the weld/connect or bridge commands under Edit Geometry. Can someone give me some advice? http://prntscr.com/ictzzn

Hi,

Your object is an editable mesh not editable poly,

right click your object and do Convert to Editable Poly.

And by the way even in your editable mesh object you can still do Weld like

in picture 1

In picture 2 i converted to editable poly
