Okey, so here is the Deal, I would like to use 3ds for modelling and creating of meshes and so on, but i'm a personal user, I'm no student, and I'm not in a organisation. But i wanna use 3ds mas to make meshes for Imvu as a creator, but I can't seem to download and try it before purchasing it. and also i only get up 2 alternatives when i try and it is student/teacher or organisation. So what the heck should I do?

There is a trial version, that I think is limited to 30 days and have also perhaps other limitations:

https://www.autodesk.co.uk/products/3ds-max/free-trial

But when I click on the 1month free usage one, i need to choose between two options. (Teacher/student or business) And I’m a private person, no student, no teacher and no buisness.

This is only my guess but as a creator you probably would be classified as business. It is only a 30 day trial and with functional limitations. It is not like the student license where you have access for long time to Max with less limitations and they ask authentication. They will ask you login but not credit cards etc.
