Hi,

Maybe something messed up your User Settings, like a newly installed plugins or something,

You can try resetting them like this:

1- Close 3DS Max

2- Go to: C:\Users\yourusername\AppData\Local\Autodesk\3dsMax\20xx - xxbit

3- Rename to folder called ENU to something else like ENU.old

4- Restart Max

Note: AppData is hidden folder, so you need to enable show hidden files and

Folders from the Control Panel

That's the problem of my 4k display on laptop Alienware17r4 I'm facing this
problem also after many times I installed and uninstalled 2017,18,19
versions too... It may be the problem with developers..

Maybe this workaround can improve things for you:

Close 3DS Max, right click its shortcut and follow the steps in the image below
