Rooms - 3ds Max Spaces for purchase?

I am switching from Keyshot to 3Ds Max.
My goal is to integrate our luminaire step files into finished 3D spaces in the areas of private living, office, retail and industry.
Is there a website where you can buy these spaces?

They have great interior and exterior models. I've bought a lot of them over the years and modified them to suit my needs.
