anamorphic 3D billboard workflow

Hello,

I'm working on an anamorphic display like below:

My animation is complete and my camera is placed as per the viewing angle. I just can't find a rendering solution in which I can achieve the following results-If I render it in an 'L' shape and with a low camera angle, how can I then flatten it out to match the LED resolution and generate an output for the LED display?

I have done extensive search on this and have found two videos, one in blender and the second in C4D but none in 3Ds max. Pls help!!!!

btw, I have found another link of the tutorial in Blender. Will appreciate a similar help for 3ds max. especially the last rendering part from 3d to flat surface.
