On Maya I can simply select 2 or more objects and work on their UVs at the same time, how can I do the same on 3Ds Max?

Hi. Apply Unwrap UVW to both objects at the same time. You can work on individual object's UVs one at a time by selecting just one object, or work on all of them at once by selecting all objects, then go to UV editor.

Edit: You must apply the Unwrap UVW at the same time, otherwise, the modifier will not be instanced, you and will not be able to edit multiple object's UVs. If you already have unique Unwrap applied to each object, then collapse those objects to Editable Poly, then apply Unwrap UVW again. Except this time, make sure all objects are selected.

It worked 🙂 , but umm, if I already applied the UVs separately to all my objects, its there a way to still edit all of them at once?

Edit: Will try 😄

If they already have Unwrap applied, convert/collapse those objects to Editable Poly. You won't lose your exisitng UVs. Then, apply Unwrap UVW again on all selected objects. If you have just one object that doesn't have instanced Unwrap UVW, then collpase that object. Select one of objects with instanced Unwrap UVW, right-click the Unwrap modifier from the stack and choose "Copy." Select the collapsed object again, right-click the Editable Poly from modifier stack and choose "Paste Instanced." Hope this helps.
