As someone who has been building game pipeline tools for years, I've personally spent a lot of time grumbling to myself when someone encounters a problem with one of my tools and asks about it in a random forum rather than my own forums. Inevitably, the user gets all kinds of crazy advice that is far from the correct solution.

Maybe you have already done this, but you should ask this of the developer of the Santos tools. He/She/They are more likely to have the answer--or perhaps they didn't even know about the problem yet. Going to them helps you and them. If you've already done that, then you may want to share any feedback they provided.

By the looks of the error, one of their compiled functions needs to be changed and recompiled. Or perhaps there is a step in installation that was skipped.
