    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="http://knowledge.autodesk.com/search-result/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/Resetting-3ds-Max-3ds-Max-Design.html" target="_blank"&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color: #0000ff;"&gt;Resetting your User Settings&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt; However, before you do that, would you load Max, create 1 object (a box will do), save the scene, Zip it and attach it to a reply please?&lt;BR /&gt; I'd like to just check whether those controllers are correct or not - this kind of problem, though usually related to moving rather than rotating, is almost always down to the default controller being changed.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
