Hello! I need your help to solve a problem with the size of the Import File floating window in my 3D Max 2013. The aspect ratio of my screen is 16:9 (1366-768).

The problem appeared after I created another user account on my PC and now I log in and work under this username. When I worked in 3D Max under my old account, the Import OBJ window was compact and smaller and I can import any files without problems, but I had to delete my old user account because of problems with other software. This account was pre-installed when I bought this PC many years ago and I don't remember if it had some specific settings for the screen or not. Maybe those guys in the shop configured it somehow for better viewing and usability, I don't know. After this when I try to import files in 3D Max, like OBJ, the import window extents lower than the Windows taskbar and even lower than the border of my screen -

That means main buttons (Import and Cancel) are hidden now under the lower edge of my screen.
I tried to solve this problem by hiding and relocating the task panel but it doesn't help, the buttons remain lost all the same. Attempts to move the window up by pressing Up Arrow button had no success too, it doesn't move higher than the upper border of the screen.

Several times I managed to import OBJ files, pressing Enter, sometimes I have to press it twice and very fast, but it worked not always and now this trick seems to stop working. Now this window doesn't response to Enter.
How to configure 3D Max or change the size of this window to make it smaller and compact? Is there some option in preferences or any script for importing which may help me? I found a page in the Troubleshhoting chapter of the 3D Max Help which tells how to enter dimensions for floating windows if they hide from eyes somewhere out of the screen resolution. I tried to enter such dimensions for this window in 3D Max .ini file, but it seems I do it wrong and the size of the window doesn't change, and the problem remains. Maybe anyone here knows what to write in 3dsmax.ini exactly, if it can help me to make this window to fit my screen?

Thanks for help in advance.

Funny that Autodesk does'nt seem to state a minimal resolution in their system requirements for 3ds Max

Though as it looks like something is strange with your dialog: i measured mine on Max 2013 and it's only 720 pixels in height

Did' you change DPI settings in your windows display control panel ? That might cause this "scale up" of the whole import panel

BTW:

here's a screenshot of my 3ds Max2013 at a display resolution of 1366x768

The import dialog fits perfectly in there

Try this with the windows dialog open

Press and hold down ALT key and then press spacebar key.

Click Enter key; A four-headed arrow will appear. Use your arrow keys to move the dialog.

Press Esc key to exit

Thanks, spacefrog, it seems my import panel grows up in size because of increased font size for this account - I increased it just to 110 % and it has no influence upon any other software expect from Max. When I decreased the font size, the problem with the import window disappeared, but it seems I have to do it every time working within Max, because the standard 100% font size is a bit small for my eyes. There must be an easier way - some time before the import panel responded to pressing Enter and perceived this as "Import" and so far it considers ESC button to be "Cancel". But now I press Enter and nothing happens - is there any way to make this panel react to Enter?

Well not an actual solution to problem. I tried hiding the taskbar in desktop mode in taskbar settings. Still the import button is below the screen but can be selected from edge.
