    <description>Anything is possible, but if I haven't got what you've got (scripts/plugins/whatever) there's no way I can answer the question because I can't duplicate your setup. Maybe some script could affect it - I doubt it but it's possible. You'd have to remove everything and effectively start from scratch to find what's causing it - if indeed anything is as it's more likely some obscure ini setting than anything else. Have you tried &lt;A href="http://knowledge.autodesk.com/search-result/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/Resetting-3ds-Max-3ds-Max-Design.html" target="_blank"&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color: #0000ff;"&gt;Resetting your User Settings&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/A&gt; then making the one .ini change we know about?</description>
