I have a scene with many thousands of objects that I would like to randomly distribute along a single axis. I see information on how to clone an object and scatter or space it but that is not what I want. Think of a jigsaw puzzle where you randomly move the position of pieces vertically in space while keeping their position in the other two dimensions. Any help appreciated!
