    <description>&lt;P&gt;OK, you have multiple issues in the dwg that are creating&amp;nbsp;the appearance you see in the viewport - after downloading your file this is what I did to give you the proper view of the shading and geometry of the glass:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1) go to viewport configuration tab ( views -&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;viewport configuration ) select the lighting and shadows tab and use 1 light and unselect &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; hardware shading box.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;2) In the upper right corner of viewport where it reads [ smooth + highlights ] click on this and select edged faces also.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;your wine glass should look Great ( at least normal ) &amp;nbsp;Let me know if this works for you -&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Weird Shading/Normals Issue</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've been working on a simple wine glass model and right when I thought it was finished, I noticed that there are some issues with the shading on it, so I tried fixing smoothing groups. That didn't work, so I checked out how the normals looked and I'm not sure if they're correct. I tried a ResetXForm and also tried unifying the normals and that did not work. My knowledge of how to fix this issue is stretched thin, so I figured I'd look for help here. I've attached the scene file if anyone wants to take a look.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
