Runtime error - Creating sweptobject in civil view

When I select a spline in civil View 2016 I get a runtime error. See attached screen shot

Max is looking for a railing.gif. There is no railing.gif. There is no maps folder in the directory stated. There was no railing.gif in previous years either.

Anybody else having this problem.

Actually you should have that that file (see attached screenshot). It's also been in previous versions of Max Design (No Civil View in regular 3ds Max 2015 and older).

If it doesn't exist in that folder possibly try reinstalling 3ds Max and ensuring that Civil View is check-marked in the install options?
