&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You have many options for that, but lets take the two most basic ones into consideration;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;-You can create a custom spline for this form and extrude it to make it a solid object&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;-You can create a Box and add some segments to the area you want to and apply an FFD modifier and push / pull the control points of FFD modifier.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I'll share the scene of these two basic approaches for you so you can examine and have a basic idea about it.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
