Software won't load

I was doing some school work this morning on the 2016 3DS Max when my computer decided to restart without telling me (I was lucky to save it) Now when I double click it shows it's loading and all, but when the software fully comes up, this is what it tells me.

"Invaild File, C:\Users\Amy\AppData\Local\Autodesk\3dsMax\2016-64bit\ENU\en-US\UI\Workspace\username\Workspace1__1usersave_.mnux is invalid!"

I click ok, then it shows this, "XAML Parse Error, error parsing Xaml file: '.', hexadecimal value0x00, is an invalid character. Line 1,osition1."

I click okay again then it shows this "Reset Ribbon? The main Ribbon configuration file is possibly corrupt. Reset to factory defaults?"

I say either yes or no, then it loads the software but shows me this, "An error has occurred and the application will now close. Do you want to attempt to save a copy of the current scene?"

I just choose cancel and from there it closes the software. I've uninstalled 3DS Max and reinstalled it and still didn't work. I need this working right I have three school assignments that are to be turned in by tomorrow. Also, I'm not sure if I have this in the right area so if you're the admin just move it to the correct board please (Or whatever it's called.)

Have you searched around a bit - there are various reasons for Max not loading - see if one of there helps.
