Anyone know if its possible to vertex paint two map channels at the same time?

Anyone know if its possible to vertex paint two map channels at the same time? so you could paint one colour in say map channel 3 and at the same time paint a different colour in map channel 8 ? for example

If not would you be able to do this by writing a max script??

Hello @oliver8877,

I've looked around at your question here and I don't see a way to paint on two channels at once, but the good news is that you can simply copy the vertex paint modifier and paste the copy on top, then change the channel on the copy to get both channels that you need. Does this work for you?
