Backburner Error message when loading job

Hi everyone,

looking for some help with this error message when the backburner server tries to load a job.

3dsmax adapter error : Error parsing Max Job: C:\Users\Render\AppData\Local\Backburner\ServerJob\render.xml.details

It's when the backburner server on one machine is retrieving the job from the manager machine.

I saw someone else had this issue in an old forum and they said they had fixed it but rather unhelpfully didn't follow up and post what the fix was. https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/3ds-max-forum/3ds-max-2009-on-backburner-2013-possible-solved/td-p/4250770

Also to note is that when looking at the job in Backburner Monitor, all the tabs including job details, job summary etc are empty. I'm guessing the errors are related?

Any help would be appreciated so we don't have to resubmit jobs.
