Hello,

So the problem I have is that I need to keep my path deform modifier on, I still need to play around with it so I cant collapse. I want to edit some of the faces but whenever I choose a selection it removes it from the path, only the selected faces are on the right position.

mmm i'm not sure if you have the flip & the follow axis in the Path Deform blend but in the path deform then you can flip the control of the branch

Hello @Eznaex,

I made a video here with some alternate ideas for this issue. There are many ways to solve this but I just showed 2 in this video below. Please let me know if they don't help. The 2nd one seemed useful based on your splines I see in your image, so I threw it in there just for the heck of it. If you have any questions, just let me know. There are some hard edits where I cut a bit to shorten the video.

Glad to hear it! The WSM path deform can be tricky at first, I've had the same problem you were describing here a few times. 🙂 Have fun!

Best Regards,
