      <title>HELP!! siple scaling issue....</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;total newbie i created a 3d model with editable poly and objects attached to each other. ( not the best way. i know) but at this point theres a lot of detail and hgours of modeling involved. all i want to do is have it 3d printed . but where my issue is is i want it to be 15 inces by 6 inces by a qurter inch thick but since i modeled it without unbits being in inchjes its huge!!! i cant resize it to thta dimention . tried xform??? and changing units to inches us stanndard 1/32 and creating a box the dimentionm i want and scaling model to that but it wont for some reason. HELP!!!!!!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This model is very big but it's fixable! &amp;nbsp;What you'll want to do is make your display units inches and then make a box that is roughly the size you want this model to be in inches. &amp;nbsp;Then scale down this model so it fits into the box, and then &lt;A href="https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/3ds-max/learn-explore/caas/CloudHelp/cloudhelp/2017/ENU/3DSMax/files/GUID-B98414B9-4F28-45F4-A1F4-9DA994548ED9-htm.html" target="_blank"&gt;reset the Xform&lt;/A&gt;. &amp;nbsp;I did this for you and attached it here, but it would be great if you tried it too so I can answer any questions you might have. &amp;nbsp; Does this work for you when you open the file?&lt;/P&gt;
