Reseller survey link not working

A couple of days ago I received an email asking me to complete a survey about my experience with my reseller. However, when I click the link I'm redirected to the survey unsubscribe page. Can you please give me the working link so I can complete the survey? Thanks.

Are you sure it was not spam pretending to be the reseller tellling you to click on the link and taking you to another page that they can get your personal details? this is called phishing

phishing the attempt to obtain sensitive information such as usernames, passwords, and credit card details (and, indirectly, money), often for malicious reasons, by disguising as a trustworthy entity in an electronic communication.

Make sure the link came directly from the reseller & not another websit. You can always call up the reseller and ask them if they send you that survey

Yes, I'm sure it wasn't spam/phishing. I've submitted many surveys throughout the years and it came from exactly the same address I always receive my reseller surveys from - Customer.feedback@autodesk.com Besides, if it was a spam/phishing email, how do they know my full name, that I use a software like 3ds Max, and the precise name of my reseller (there is more than one reseller in my country)?

Anyone else having the same problem with the survey?

I've gotten confirmation that this has happened for a few people with these links. I'm still tracking down how to resolve this, but I wanted to check in so you didn't think I was ignoring this issue. I'm working on it but this is a bit outside my area so I'm learning about how to navigate this one. Have a good weekend.
