Perspective match / vanishing lines issue after saving

I'm using max 2016. When I perspective match a photo and place in my model and tweak the vanishing lines to exactly where I want and save it, the next time I open that file the vanishing lines always seems to be slightly off. (Very annoying)

Has anybody experienced the same issue? Is there something I'm missing?

Any advice or help would be appreciated.

I'd like to help with this perspective match issue. I've searched the tracker and all notes for any reference to a problem like this and have come up empty. Is there a simple file you can share with me that exhibits this behavior? Does it only happen on first load or is it moving on every load? What type of camera is being used? Lastly, are you current on service packs? Thanks for the information!

Hopefully i think it's been solved!

by using "camera + target" lock from Hierarchies>lock>position , rotation, scale...
