&lt;P&gt;First, I'd like to apologize that you experienced such a long delay before you got a reply here. I'd like to help find an answer for you. Are you still having this issue?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The MaxWrappers problem is typically a permissions issue with Windows 10. &amp;nbsp;Technically Max 2016 isn't supported on Windows 10, so you have to jump through a few hoops to get it to work perfectly. &amp;nbsp;I have &lt;A href="https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/3ds-max/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/Plug-in-Assembly-Load-Error-when-launching-3ds-Max.html" target="_self"&gt;an article here&lt;/A&gt; which may help with this, can you please check it out for me? &amp;nbsp;Here are &lt;A href="https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/3ds-max/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/Error-while-starting-Autodesk-3ds-Max.html" target="_self"&gt;two more&lt;/A&gt; &lt;A href="https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/3ds-max/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/3ds-Max-The-Assembly-Autodesk-Max-Wrappers-dll-encountered-an-error-while-loading.html" target="_self"&gt;links&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;about Max Wrappers in the case the above doesn't help. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;For your Max 2017 issues, it's always a good idea to install any service packs or updates that are available from &lt;A href="http://manage.autodesk.com" target="_self"&gt;Manage.Autodesk.com&lt;/A&gt;. &amp;nbsp;There's a good chance you didn't have any updates installed which may have led to all your problems. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Error message - Max Wrappers</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I was working on a simple camera rigging and Max crashed.&amp;nbsp;I have tried to restart program, I have uninstalled and reinstalled.&amp;nbsp; I had trouble with wrappers all last semester but the issues resolved when I took off the 2017 trial I had downloaded by mistake.&amp;nbsp; Once I was back on with 2016 student version all those issues resolved.&amp;nbsp; I need this fixed before the semester starts.&amp;nbsp; I&amp;nbsp;cannot bear dealing with problems in the program&amp;nbsp;again, last semester it caused so many issues for me.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Please help!!!!&amp;nbsp;I need to get this resolved!&amp;nbsp; Error messages attached below.&amp;nbsp; Dona&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;hello try removing your user profile. my friend got the same problem with that. We tried to remove her user profile . number one make sure that your 3ds max is not running. Go to file folder and navigate this one.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;I&gt;C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\Autodesk\3dsMaxDesign\2017-64\ENU&lt;/I&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;I&gt;just rename your Enu folder to ENU_OLD make sure your Show hidden files are enable to do this. Hope it help&lt;/I&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
