Hello @Anonymous and welcome to the community,

First, I'd like to apologize that you experienced such a long delay before you got a reply here. I realize this thread is old, but I'd like to help find an answer for you. Are you still having this issue?

My first guess is that the military truck is a proxy object which lives on one machine and has no network path to the other machines. Is that a possibility? Which renderer are you using?

Would it be possible to share this file with me? If privacy is necessary due to NDA reasons, I can create a private folder for you. I am happy to do so if you would like.

Best Regards,

Hi everyone, first post here and I hope its in the right place.
I am using max 2012 and installed the standalone 2016 backburner (long story short: backburner got corrupted, didnt want to reinstall 3ds max, this was the only standalone install i could find.)
Anyway...my problem is the following. I have a PC and a notebook, so its a very minimalistic renderfarm of two. PC is the manager and it sees the two servers without any problem. I have a scene and 3 cameras, need to render 3 still images. Added them as a batch render. The manager sorts the 3 images out, one of them comes out always perfect, but the notebook always screws up the 1-2 that becomes its task. Always the same way: it does not render the military truck in the scene, just a textureless driver. What can cause this
Thanks in advance.
