Why I dont have raytrace at the maps?

Hello people, how are u?

I have a difficult problem that I cannot find the solution.

I'm trying to create elements at 3D max with reflection, like a mirror, but when I select Reflection and then go to the maps, they don't have the Raytrace plugin... I tried to search in many sites and forum and I didn't find anyone with the same problem.

What should I do?

Scanline don't have the raytrace

I will try later to reinstall if i cant find a solution, I really need this tool...

Of course it does max has had raytrace since v6. try using the compact material editor.

i see what your doing now if you click the reflection box and then none button then you should see your raytrace your not meant to click on get material or raytrace won't show.
