How do I change the default conversion preset file in Scene Converter?

Good day,

I made some custom rules in the scene converter but can't seem to get the program to select the file automatically when doing a conversion. When I open the program it keeps defaulting to the ART.ms file instead. I even tried saving over the ART.ms file but something keeps changing the rules to the default ones. Any Help?
