When applying a texture, the object just changes colour, any idea why?

Hi,

New to this, I've applied a texture already and it worked fine,

Now I'm trying to apply another texture to another object

but the object is just changing color,

Have I hit a setting by accident or something?

Anybody know why?

The highlighted material in your screenshot is not applied to any object.

Can you share the file so that we can help you without any guessing?

Hey, sorry, I found someone to help me solve this, it was a rookie mistake, is there anyway to close/delete this post, is a moderators job?
