Problems with AVA virtual agent

Hi if you go to your new AVA agent to download 3ds max 2016 and choose 2016, English 64bit you get a link to the VAULT BASIC and not 3ds max This is a website bug I guess? How can we get 2016 download link

We apologize for the inconvenience with AVA. Thank you for letting us know this is happening when you attempt to download 3ds Max 2016, English, 64 bit.

To get the correct download for 3ds Max you will need to select "Multilingual" instead on "English" as the language.

This will get you the correct 3ds Max download method choices.
