Can i get live support for 3DS Max 2018 Educational License?

Hey guys. I have an educational 2018 version od 3DS MAX. Is live telephone or chat support included? If not, is there a plan to pay for it? Can’t seem to get answer. Thanks

Live phone support is determined by the type of software license you currently have, free educational licenses do not include live technical support. Here is a full description of the support resources we offer to educational licenses.

Also, here is a table of the support resources available depending on subscription type.

no its not included with free student software, yes you would need to pay for a license of 3ds Max to get phone support with Autodesk or contact a reseller & pay for just their phone support
