3DS MAX window disappered and I cannot bring it back

Hi, everyone. My 3DS MAX window just disappeared every time after the loading is done. I can see the window in task view and it's all mixed up. I tried repair and reinstall but nothing works. I click the task bar icon or window or in the task view. All I got is a strange bar float on top of my desktop.

Please help me with this.

It looks like you are still fairly new to the 3ds Max forums. Welcome to the Autodesk Community!

What happens when you close the small strange window? (which looks like a net framework window, but I could be mistaken)

Does 3ds max come back or close completely?

I would also remove the other virtual desktops and try 3ds max with just one desktop.

Hi thank you for replying. I deleted the user data in the Appdata folder and 3ds max created a new one when it’s starting again. Now everything is back to normal.
