when i apply any bitmap material over any plane or 3d objects it does get applied but not the way i want.

the bitmap should cover the plane or the surface as a whole enlarged pic but instead that it shows up as complete small pics lying next to each other as they are exhibiting pixels. Please helpBITMAP APPLIEDZOOMED IN SHOWS LIKE PIXELSMAX ZOOM: CAN SEE THE SAME BITMAP COLLABORATING TO COVER THE SURFACE

Hi,

Check to see if you have checked "Use Real Wold Scale" in your bitmap properties or UVW Map. Uncheck it if you do. Post back if that was not the issue.

Daf

Add a UVW Map modifier to your stack - leave it on planar. See if that does the trick. Check link below for more info on this modifier...

https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/3ds-max/learn-explore/caas/CloudHelp/cloudhelp/2017/ENU/3DSMax/files/GUID-78327298-4741-470C-848D-4C3618B18FCA-htm.html

Post back with updates. 🙂
