&lt;P&gt;3ds Max actually launches here. Can you try to change your screen resolution and restart 3ds max and update me with your result please?&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Problems starting 3ds max</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When I start up 3ds max it opens up on the top left corner of the screen and freezes. Please help and I just downloaded the 2019 version a few days ago.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My pc specs - if needed -&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;intel core i7 4810MQ CPU 2.80 Ghz&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2.79 Ghz&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;16 GB Ram&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;64 bit operating system x64 based processor&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Operating system -- windows 10 enterprise&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When I launched it into a new resolution the same thing happened but this time I was able to click the maximize tab and closed out of 3ds max. Switched back to the old resolution and started it back up and finally works. Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
