Problems starting 3ds max

When I start up 3ds max it opens up on the top left corner of the screen and freezes. Please help and I just downloaded the 2019 version a few days ago.

My pc specs - if needed -

intel core i7 4810MQ CPU 2.80 Ghz

2.79 Ghz

16 GB Ram

64 bit operating system x64 based processor

Operating system -- windows 10 enterprise

3ds Max actually launches here. Can you try to change your screen resolution and restart 3ds max and update me with your result please?

When I launched it into a new resolution the same thing happened but this time I was able to click the maximize tab and closed out of 3ds max. Switched back to the old resolution and started it back up and finally works. Thanks
