      <description>&lt;P&gt;what does your computer clock say? check the date, and time make sure it's correct make sure you have all the windows updates,&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;As of right now, I see you have access to a student license for 3ds Max 2019 &lt;EM&gt;not for 3ds Max 2020.&lt;/EM&gt; Keep in mind that for each product &amp;amp; version you wish to have access to &amp;amp; receive in your Autodesk Account visit the&amp;nbsp; &lt;A href="https://www.autodesk.com/education/free-software/all" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;"Free Software"&lt;/A&gt; page &amp;amp; select it from the drop-down. So go back to the page &amp;amp; select the proper version.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Your Educational Account &amp;amp; &lt;A href="https://www.autodesk.com/education/free-software/all" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;"Free Software"&lt;/A&gt; page will provide you with all the information you will need to download, install &amp;amp; activate. You will also receive an email containing your Serial# &amp;amp; product key, the information will appear in your Autodesk Account in 24-72hrs.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;
