Thanks. I do not see a DM.

Crash report attached. Looks like ai.dll is the culprit.

Trying to render out a 225 frame sequential file to TGA format. Tried PNG format.

file renders single frame fine, but when doing a range it crashes every time.

Frustrating. Can provide the file.

Mike

Hi Mike. I can take a look at the scene file and see if I can reproduce it. Sent you a private DM.

Do you have a CER id number from one of the crashes?

Mike, re-send you the request for your scene file.

Looked at the crash bucket and there's not much activity happening in there, so there must be something very specific in your scene that is causing the crash.

Are you rendering with GPU or CPU. Have you tried switching with whatever you are currently using?

Are you rendering with the rendered frame buffer open? The Arnold ARV or the native frame buffer? Again, could you switch that and see if your issue still repros?

Sent you a link.

Rendering to CPU

Standard frame buffer open

Do not usually render animations with GPU as options are not available and I find CPU is a cleaner rendering.

Mike
