topic Display selected with edged faces does not work, max 2020 in 3ds Max Forum

After updating the 3d max 2020, the "J" button stopped working, which is responsible for turning on / off square brackets around the object. Now a window appears with some other features instead.
After searching for a solution on the Internet, I came across a hotkey in Hotkey editor "Displays Selected with Edged Faces", which in theory should be responsible for the outline of the object with square brackets. Assigning a button to this command did not bring any result.
How do I turn off the square stroke?

Hi,

I believe the default hotkey for "Viewport Selection Show Selection Bracket Toggle" is now Shift+J. Or so it is on my 2020.2 install. If that's not the case with yours - search for "Viewport Selection Show Selection Bracket Toggle" in the hotkey editor and set it to a hotkey of your choice.

Daf
