    <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you for your reply.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The problem is I can't open the file due to the fact that I have max 2016 installed on my computer but the file was saved a few months ago on another computer that had the 2017 version.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately, I don't have access to the other computer and I wouldn't want to download the max 2017 version because it would take some time to do so.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Appreciate your help.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi everyone,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm posting this to kindly ask someone to help me out in saving my 2017 max file in a 2016 version.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'd really appreciate it if someone would help to save time so I can start working on the project.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Your help is highly appreciated!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you for your time.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You can do that yourself. It's easy:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Go to the file menu, click save as, then click on Save as Type at the bottom and choose another fileversion, instead of the standard (which corresponds to your current version)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm on 2020 and I can save files all the way back to 2017.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
