Import, export problem CAD file into 3d max

I am using student license and install 3d max 2022. But I face a lot of errors .I can't merge any texture 3d max and I can import 2d file into 3d max they give a error that I add below please give me a solution.

Are the DWG files clean? If they are messy and have errors they can cause problems on import.

Did you try to clean up your files and import them? Did you solve your problem? If so, write back as to how so it might help others with the same problem. 🙂
