    <description>&lt;P&gt;You could &lt;A href="https://www.autodesk.com/support/technical/article/caas/tsarticles/ts/2RN4kqiMaBPgydf2wD37po.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;download the offline files&lt;/A&gt;, or use a web proxy or VPN.&amp;nbsp; They &lt;A href="https://www.autodesk.com/campaigns/me-indie/3dsmax-indie" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;don't seem to sell 3dsmax in Russia&lt;/A&gt;. Maybe they don't want to deal with Russian web traffic or something might be happening on your end like an extension acting up.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Can you guys at AD explain why have you locked out 3ds max documentation? Did you do this for Russia only? or are there any other countries on your list?&lt;/P&gt;
