Ho questo problema con 3ds Max 2020, 2019 e 2018; il programma funziona solo con la versione 2017.

Utilizzo una scheda grafica NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti (versione driver 441.66) e ho un pc ASUS TUF GAMING i7

Hi.

You need to check out the drivers. Update them to the newest version.

I had the same problem, did that, they wanted to work. Check with your DirectX cause, although W10 was saying it was up to date, my Intel tool upgraded it and only after that 3ds max worked.

The other potential solution: go to start, autodesk, change graphics mode and choose everything from the list, one by one, and see what would work.
