Can't Move UV Islands

No idea what happened with my previous post. Whether it was duplicated several times by accident, I don't know. I had an issue where when I edited my post slightly, the screencast no longer showed; only in edit mode. No matter how many times I tried to fix it and re-post, it didn't show.

I've just encountered a strange issue in the UV Editor that I've not had before. When I enter Peel or Reset Peel Mode and try to move a UV island, it won't let me. It jerks down and then it's like the entire thing becomes locked. I'm not sure why or what I need to do to be able to move it again. Or how to avoid it. I recorded a Screencast of the issue.

The problem occurred after you hit "Reset Peel". I was able to replicate this in max 2020. If you deselect "Peel mode" and then reselect "Peel Mode", you should be able to move the UV islands again. Hope this helps.
