Hi,

I suspect you have overlapping segments in your original shape,

before adding the Lathe modifier, and in case it's hard for you to check manually,

By deleting one segment at a time to see if there is another one under it,

You can go to the Utilities panel, click the More button and choose Shape Check,

Now click Pick Object and choose your Spline shape, you'll see a red square where you have

Unwelded vertices, this might indicate the presence of two overlapping segments, delete

The unnecessary segment and make sure you only have one. Now weld the vertices of your shape

And apply the Lathe modifier.

Hello,

I'm doing these steps:

- import a 2d curve from .ai-file

- apply Lathe modifier to create round object from profile

- then I need to cut the plane out of it, so I create a simple Box object, put it over the main object, and try to use ProBoolean on it.

- Here I get "Invalid Boolean" error.

I tried to convert main object into editable Mesh, and used "Weld" on all vertices.

It doesn't help.

Would appreciate any help, thank you!
